Routers and switches are the basic components of digital communication networks. In the current stage where electronic devices and industrial equipment are being upgraded intelligently, routers and switches are able to provide networks and forward data. Routers and switches are mainly composed of integrated circuits such as chips and memories, and while the network transmission speed is increased, the effective heat dissipation of chips has become an urgent problem.

Thermally conductive interface materials that can be applied to routers:

① Thermal Conductive Spacer (BN-FS series) can be used for heat dissipation between the reverse side of the PCB board and the shell, and the thermal conductive spacer is attached to the main heat-generating device to improve the heat transfer efficiency. Thermally conductive pads have good thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, and the hardness, oil release rate, volatility, carrier and resilience can be flexibly designed according to customer needs.

② In the main chip heat dissipation area, there is a shielding device, thermally conductive silicone grease (BN-GS2290) can fully fill the gap between the chip and the shielding, assisting the chip to effectively transfer heat dissipation. Thermally conductive silicone grease has good wettability on the surface of the target device and can be applied to the surface of the target device to effectively reduce the interface thermal resistance. Good thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance, suitable for occasions with large heat dissipation requirements.

③The two-component thermally conductive gel (BN-RT420) can be used to fill the gap of the shield on the chip on the front side of the PCB, and can also be used to dissipate heat on the back side of the chip. The paste state of the two-component gel before curing determines that it has better gap-filling ability than the thermal conductive sheet. The two-component gel is close to the thermal conductive gasket after curing, with good reliability, low oil rate, good anti-drape performance, no gas release, good toughness and good anti-vibration performance.

Exchangers can be applied to the thermal conductive interface materials:

① Fill the thermal conductive spacer (BN-FS series) between the PCB board and the metal base, and fill the thermal conductive spacer between the heat sink and the heat source to establish an effective heat conduction channel, which can efficiently transfer the heat from the switch chip to the base. Thermally conductive gaskets are soft and highly resilient, and the surface is self-adhesive without the need for additional surface adhesive; high tensile strength, good tear strength; good thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties; ROHS and UL certified, non-toxic and non-corrosive.。
