Rail transport

Rail transport usually refers to a transport system in which operating vehicles are required to travel on specific tracks, and is generally divided into three main categories including national railway systems, intercity rail transport and urban rail transport.

With the development of railway and train technology, the way people travel has become more and more diversified. Railway transportation system promotes the process of urbanisation, in order to ensure the efficient operation of the railway transportation system and the safe travel of the public, intelligent control technology plays a vital role.PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is a digital logic controller that provides intelligent control and management of railways, which is essentially a kind of electric circuit equipment, with high requirements for protection and heat dissipation. Its internal CPU, memory and power supply module in the operation of the equipment will generate heat, heat concentration will cause the equipment temperature is too high to affect the normal operation, resulting in the operation of the rail transit system security risks.

PLC can be applied to the thermal interface thermal conductive materials:

①Low volatile thermally conductive spacer (BN-FS150-LV, BN-FS200-LV, BN-FS300-LV) can be used in the gap between PCB components and heat sinks or housings to improve heat transfer efficiency. It consists of a composite sheet of silicone resin and thermally conductive filler, with soft texture and high resilience, which can fully fill the gap between heat generating devices and heat sinks. Low volatility, D3 ~ D20<300ppm, will not contaminate the electronic contacts, resulting in contact failure.

②Silicone-free thermally conductive spacer (BN-HS100, BN-HS200, BN-HS300) can be used in the gap between PCB components and heat sinks or housings to improve heat transfer efficiency. It is a composite sheet composed of silicone-free resin and thermally conductive filler, which solves the problem of silicone volatilisation from raw materials. Conventional thermally conductive pads have low molecular polysiloxane volatilisation under high temperature conditions, which will contaminate the electronic contacts, and siloxane forms a silica insulating layer under arc conditions, resulting in contact failure.

③ BN-RT200H series of moisture curing sealant for PCB board electronic components on the thermal conductivity, bonding fixed, with high and low temperature aging, UV resistance, good electrical insulation and other characteristics, cured to provide insulation for electronic components, shock, moisture and waterproof protection.

④ Inductor potting or better shockproof, insulation, thermal conductivity, potting adhesive BN-RT320 for multiple components potting, room temperature curing or heating accelerated curing, minimal shrinkage, in the range of -50-200 ℃ to maintain the rubber elastomer, excellent peak insulation performance, fully compliant with the EU ROHS Directive requirements.
