String Inverter

String inverter is a PV string (1-5kW) through an inverter, grid-connected at the AC end. It adopts modular design, which is not affected by each other, reduces the impact of mismatch between PV modules and inverters, and increases the power generation efficiency. String inverters are mainly used for small and medium-sized rooftop photovoltaic power generation systems, small ground power stations. String inverters are small in size and light in weight, with a high concentration of internal electronic components, small electrical gaps between power devices, difficult heat dissipation, and poor electrical safety. Thermal interface materials for string inverters:

① Thermally conductive silicone grease (BN-GC3091, BN-GC3095, BN-GC4091) can be applied to the power module IGBT, current sensors to dissipate heat, improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the heated electronic components, and maintain stable operation of the power module. Thermally conductive silicone grease has good fluidity, excellent wettability and good thixotropy. It can obtain very low thermal resistance and excellent heat conduction effect.

② Thermally conductive insulating film (BNG600, BNK10, BNG700) can be used for heat dissipation between IGBT, diode and heat sink of inverter power module, and can be fastened with screws to make the thermally conductive insulating film in full contact with the interface of the heat source and the interface of the heat sink, to improve the efficiency of heat dissipation.

③Thermally conductive spacer (BN-FS300+PI) can be used for string inverter semiconductor, magnetic device thermal fill. Thermally conductive spacer has good thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, and easy to affix and tear, simple operation.

④Thermally conductive potting adhesive (BN-RT150, BN-RT500) can be used for potting and sealing of inverter inductor block (boost inductor/inverter inductor), which can help to dissipate the heat of the heated electronic components, and at the same time avoid the direct exposure of the components and circuits, and improve the device's performance of waterproof, dust-proof, and moisture-proof.

⑤ Heat curing bonding adhesive (BN-RT series) can be used for bonding inductors, diodes and PCB boards. Heat curing adhesive is a one-component additive silicone thermally conductive adhesive, strong adhesive force, without mechanical fasteners. Flame retardant grade UL94 V-0, environmentally friendly and halogen free. Low contact thermal resistance.
